Olga Ruh, Esq., an Elder Law, Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates Attorney, is the founder of the Law Office of Olga Ruh, PLLC, and maintains her office in Port Washington, New York. Olga was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. She obtained her Specialist Degree in teaching English and German from Moscow Pedagogical (Teacher’s) Institute.
In 1990 she immigrated to the United States with her daughter Natasha, made Long Island her new home and has been living in Port Washington since then.
Olga started her legal career as a paralegal after earning her paralegal certificate from Adelphi University. She assisted attorneys practicing in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Long-Term Care Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trusts and Estates, as a paralegal.
Olga obtained her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is a member of the Bar Associations of the State of New York, Nassau County and Suffolk County.
Olga is on the New York State Unified Court System, Office of Court Administration’s Part 36 Fiduciary Eligibility List and accepts judicial appointments as an Attorney for an Alleged Incapacitated Person (Mental Hygiene Law Article 81), Court Evaluator (Mental Hygiene Law Article 81), and Guardian Ad Litem.
During her legal career, Olga was afforded an opportunity to learn from the top attorneys in the field and carried her broad knowledge, extensive experience and talent into her own practice.
Olga works with the clients from Nassau County, Suffolk County and five boroughs of New York City. She is bilingual and assists her clients with legal matters in English and Russian.

Natasha A. Moskvina is Of Counsel to the Law Office of Olga Ruh, PLLC. Natasha represents clients in New York State and federal courts, alternative dispute resolution settings and before administrative agencies.
Her clients have included local companies and international clients with legal needs world-wide. Corporate transactions, litigation matters and agency investigations she has been involved with have varied in value from several hundred thousand dollars to over $24 billion. Natasha has worked on matters across many industries, including fashion, restaurants, food catering, pharmaceutical products, pharmaceutical distribution, pharmacies, hospitals, physician groups, luxury consumer products, airports, air cargo services, real estate investment, veterinary products, business consulting, internet-based service providers, television, janitorial services, health care devices, fur trade, recreational boats, swimming pool equipment, and others.
Natasha earned her Bachelor’s Degree from of Duke University (B.A., 1999). She obtained her Law Degree and Business Certificate from Vanderbilt University Law School (2002). Natasha is a graduate of Université Paris II – Panthéon-Assas (LL.M. in International, European and French Business Law, 2006; Versailles – passed the bar exam 2008). Natasha is a member of the New York State Bar Association; she is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Natasha is a Fulbright Scholar (2005).Having lived in three countries (US, France and Russia) and practiced law in two (US and France), Natasha’s unique approach to client relations and practicing as a professional combines the best traits of three cultures while focusing on American pragmatism and efficiency. Natasha is fluent in English, Russian and French.
